New Ownership Share

New Ownership Share

1 Share = 1/2 Gallon Jar each week

1 Share = 1/2 Gallon

January is closed. You are purchasing shares to begin pickups in February.  Enrollment for February will close January 26th.

Much like owning a stock in a company, you are purchasing an interest in a herd of dairy cattle.  This is a one-time expense for you.  Your only ongoing payments will be your monthly boarding fees.

Once you submit your purchase, we will email a digital contract to you.  This contract must be signed before proceeding further.

After we have the completed contract, we will add your boarding fees to the existing herd share order.  We will add the same number of boarding fees to your order as the number of shares you purchase.

Important notice for all "off-farm" pickup locations below.

NEW Owners:  You must include an equal number of boarding fees to the shares you purchase.  If this is not done, it will be added after you submit your order.  EG: if you purchase 2 Ownership Shares, you must also order 2 Boarding Fees.

Email Communications: we use email as official communication.  Add info@ohiorawmilk.com to your list of trusted senders.

    Off-Farm Pickup Notice Effective February 1, 2025

This notice applies to all milk pickups "Off-farm":  Fairlawn, Brunswick, Parma, Lakewood, Cleveland Heights, Northfield, Cuyahoga Falls and Kent.

Background: ZOE Farms provides it's labor, refrigeration, transportation, buildings and other infrastructure to the Keim Family Herd share free of charge. ZOE Farms receives no money from the herd share for these services.

It is no longer financially sustainable for ZOE Farms to deliver ONLY MILK to off-farm pickup points. Rather than charge a delivery fee, we are asking herd share owners to periodically purchase food as well. With a small, monthly food budget allocation from each herd share owner, milk deliveries can continue.

Grass-fed Beef, pasture-raised free-range chicken, heritage pork, eggs and more are already being delivered each week to the same off-farm pickup points.Orders are to be placed at zoefarms.com

By allocating a portion of your food dollars, you providing the financial support necessary to keep milk deliveries sustainable for these off-farm pickup points.

If you have no plans of placing food orders in the future, it probably best to not continue with processing your new herd share.
